30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your drinktwo purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our 30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee allows you to try your drinktwo product through normal use. Products returned under this guarantee must be cleaned and returned in their original packaging.

Products that have been excessively damaged, deliberately damaged, misused, or used in a manner inconsistent with normal product use may not be eligible for return under this guarantee.

To start a return, contact us at drinktwoeveryday@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made under our 30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns made under our 30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect product.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
