Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription from drinktwo, you agree to recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency shown when you subscribe. Your subscription will continue automatically until you pause or cancel it.

Hydration Refill Plan: Your first order includes your selected Hydrate bottle and the first 3 carbon filters at the introductory pricing shown at checkout. After your initial order, the Hydrate bottle will not be charged or shipped again. Your subscription will continue with carbon filter refills only, delivered every 6 months. Future filter refills receive 20% off and free shipping while your subscription remains active.

Carbon Filter Refill subscriptions: If you subscribe to Carbon Filter Refills without purchasing the Hydration Refill Plan, your selected filter refill option will automatically renew at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe. Only the subscribed filter refills will be included in future recurring orders.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge through your subscription management portal or by contacting us at drinktwoeveryday@gmail.com. Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Recurring payments will be charged automatically to the payment method used for your subscription. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again in accordance with our subscription payment provider's procedures.

Shipping charges and subscription discounts will be displayed before you subscribe. Where your plan includes free shipping, this will continue to apply to eligible recurring refill orders while that subscription remains active.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a recurring product and authorise drinktwo to charge your payment method for future subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by this policy.
