Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription from drinktwo, you agree to recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency shown when you subscribe. Your subscription will continue automatically until you pause or cancel it.

Hydration Refill Plan: Your first order includes your selected Hydrate bottle and the first 3 carbon filters at the introductory pricing shown at checkout. After your initial order, the Hydrate bottle will not be charged or shipped again. Your subscription will continue with carbon filter refills only, delivered every 6 months. Future filter refills receive 20% off and free shipping while your subscription remains active.

Carbon Filter Refill subscriptions: If you subscribe to Carbon Filter Refills without purchasing the Hydration Refill Plan, your selected filter refill option will automatically renew at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe. Only the subscribed filter refills will be included in future recurring orders.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge through your subscription management portal or by contacting us at drinktwoeveryday@gmail.com. Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Recurring payments will be charged automatically to the payment method used for your subscription. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again in accordance with our subscription payment provider's procedures.

Shipping charges and subscription discounts will be displayed before you subscribe. Where your plan includes free shipping, this will continue to apply to eligible recurring refill orders while that subscription remains active.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a recurring product and authorise drinktwo to charge your payment method for future subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by this policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Care and Wash

With our stainless steel body AND straw we doubt you'll need to wash it much. BUT if you start to get that "bottle smell" we highly recommend handwashing it. While our Hydrate bottle can go in the dishwasher, it may degrade performance over time.

PS: We are working on a solution to make our bottles 100% dishwasher safe in the future.

Shipping

We aim to ship orders worldwide in under 2 weeks.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Don't love your drinktwo bottle? Contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply. Please read our Return and Refund Policy.

How often should I change my filter?

We recommend every 2-3 months, or 100-150 litres of water! Our Hydrate bottle already comes with one filter. Or if you buy the Hydrate Refill Plan start off with 3 filters, and not have to worry about running out with 3 filters shipped straight to you every 6 months (free shipping on all orders)!

What's my filter for?

It does two things. 1. Reduces the bad odours from your water. 2. Reduces contaminants and disinfectants commonly found in your water. Some of these include chlorine, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, PFAS (forever chemicals), pharmaceuticals, and pesticides/herbicides.

Why drinktwo?

Because it is our mission to get every single person drinking 2 or more litres a day! The average daily water intake is just over 1L!

I Can't Drink My 2-A-Day Because My Water Tastes Horrible.

And we hear you. Water gets treated with disinfectants such as chlorine, and contains chemicals such as PFAS which DO affect the taste of your water.

And that’s enough to make water BOTTOM of the priority list right?

BUT...

You NEED enough water to feel energised, refreshed and functional ALL DAY, and we GUARANTEE you’re not far off your 2-a-day...
